Return and Refund Policy
Toys & Smiles
Our Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Please note that because our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners, return shipping addresses may vary by item. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse after delivery
How to Start a Return
- Email us at toysandsmile9@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will review your request and provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at toysandsmile9@gmail.com.
